Katie thinks Scientologists are on her tail

The latest in TomKat-gate: Katie Holmes believes a white Cadillac Escalade and black Mercedes have been tailing her. Who could it be, you ask? Scientologists, of course. According to TMZ, they view her as a threat to the organization. So she could take down an entire religious group with thousands of followers worldwide — one that has survived PR train wrecks like Tom Cruise — with one divorce filing? If it can't handle Katie, does it even deserve to be a religion? In the meantime, Holmes, 33, and daughter Suri, 6, have moved their bags from the New York City apartment they shared with Cruise to a new apartment elsewhere in the city. All of this is happening while Cruise films Oblivion in Iceland. Some birthday he'll have (Cruise turns 50 Tuesday). It's a cold, cold world. No bad feelings hereSpeaking of divorce, Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin signed his divorce papers with two smiley faces. Scantlin even agreed to pay $2,500 per month in alimony to end his four-year marriage. His wife's lawyer, Brian Kramer, says smiley faces are a first for him. Tom? Katie? Take a lesson in divorce done right!
